1941 Ford Super Deluxe Description

This auction is for a 1941 Ford Super Deluxe 2 Dr Sedan. Flathead V-8 3spd manual. Everything is there! This car even still wears its original paint! This car is what I consider to be "solid" for the fact it is 79 years old. This car belonged to my father whom passed away suddenly in 2016 and I have been slowly selling off his collection of cars since. Because this was my father's and since he had so many cars, unfortunately I do not know very much about this car specifically.
I know my father owned it for the last 20 years or so, he never had a title for it, and he was going to restore it. My father had completed a 40 coupe, 41 convertible, 32 coupe and this one was going to one of the next ones. My father did not collect junk, most of the "project cars" I have sold on here are running driving cars with very little effort from the buyer. For example, I sold a 1936 Ford Sedan that was all original and had been sitting for 50 years. The buyer had it running in a weekend!
From my looking all around on the car I found there is some rust in the floors, but it is minimal and could be fixed with just patch panels and not complete floors. I tired to take photos under the car, and all the panels looked to be solid from that angle. There is some rust on the driver's front fender. All in all, this car is a complete, unmolested, original example that most TV monkeys would call a "barn find". The tires are shot and don't hold air, but the car would need to be towed/shipped anyway so that should not be a problem. I DO NOT have a title for this car. When my father passed away, there were cars, parts, titles, documents etc, in 50 different places. I have not come across this car's title yet and from what I remember my father telling me 20 years ago is that he never got a title for the car and was going to apply for one. I do not believe that ever happened. In Colorado, the process to obtain a title is fairly easy and several buyers of my father's cars have successfully done it.
This car is sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty either expressed or implied. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge and would be willing to take additional photos of areas a potential buyer requests. $250 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of auction end, and remainder due within 10 days. Paypal is accepted for the deposit only, remainder must be wire transfer, bank check, or cash in person if the buyer is local. I can store this car for up to 30 days for no extra charge to give buyer time to arrange shipping. Shipping of this car is at the expense of the buyer and I can help with loading. I have sold many cars on here and finding a shipping company is not that difficult for them, so don't let that scare you off if you've never had a vehicle shipped before. I have a few resources and might be able to help. I am sure I have missed things so please ask any and all questions! Thanks!
