Recent work: New paint on cab and canopy; professionally color-matched, painted Existing paint professionally polished Gutters professionally painted and re-sealed with seam-sealer Chip-guard and custom paint on running-boards, color-matched to original paint New headliner, all of it (except visors), color-matched to original headliner New headliner-boards/backer re-fabricated by hand from corrugated plastic, NOT laminated cardboard New carpet on back half of vehicle replaced due to sun-bleaching, color-matched to front/existing carpet New instrument-bezel, color perfect match to original New rear-window switch (roll the back window down from driver's seat, very nice) New tailgate latch-spacer New headlight knob New rock/bug deflector Polyurethane re-finish on original wood-topped center console Reinforced grab-handle mounting points; invisible under headliner, use original mounting holes New rear-window tinting
Notes:Canopy-headliner replaced and installed in a manner (hinged screw-covers, see rear-interior pictures) to allow canopy-removal. People ask if you can remove the canopy from Broncos, so when replacing the rear-headliner, hinged screw-covers were used to allow for removing the canopy without destroying the headliner/interior.
All work done to match factory specifications where feasible. Removable bug/rock deflector, texture on running-boards, and removable interior in rear to aid removal of canopy are examples of repairs/upgrades that are not stock, but practical.
Minor/Nitpicky Defects: The interior of the vehicle was not as meticulously cleaned as the outside prior to taking pictures There are a few small chips and minor dents Windshield has three small tick-marks 1 of 2 horizontal connectors on factory luggage rack (above canopy) are broken, aftermarket roof-rack included Power-steering pump may warrant replacement in a few years Rear door-locks stiff Rear AC delete due to proximity to exhaust (poor design) Factory stereo display illuminates sporadically but audio always works Carpet under middle seat faded, hard to spot unless middle-row seats folded forward Third-row seat rear-flap faded near floor Running-board trim (black) does not extend to complete rear of vehicle on passenger-side
