1987 Ford E-Series Van Description

This is a fabulous 1987 Ford E-Series Van. The van was purchased by my father back in 1987 in order to transport my 100% handicapped brother to and from the hospital and doctor/dentist appointments. He owned this van until his death this past March. The mileage is true! With my father's passing and my brother's recent admission to a VA care facility, the van is no longer of use to our family. It is being sold as is and has a clean title. I am the Executor of the estate and have legal authority to conduct this transaction (Letter Testamentary from the District Court, State of Utah, will accompany the title).
The van runs and drives great and starts right up. Though infrequently used, it has been serviced (oil changed, lubed, etc.) annually. The wheel chair ramp is actuated by a toggle switch on the left rear outside corner of the van (can be seen in picture). The rear doors automatically open and the ramp unfolds and extends to the ground. Anchor points in the bed of the van's cargo area provide the means to secure the wheelchair occupant in place via ratchet straps. The van has also been equipped with a hand brake just under the steering wheel. As my father aged, he lost feeling in his feet so the handbrake was installed. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer elects to use a transport company, the company will need to pick up at my father's residence. Winning bid must make a $500 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours with he balance due in the form of cashier's check or cash within seven days.
