Excellent fit and finish, paint job is awesome!
1967 Ford Mustang Description
Ready for the car shows and for cruising!
EXTERIOR: It had a professional body and paint restoration. The fit and finish is excellent. The body is super straight, fits really square and flush. I see my reflection from every angle like a mirror. Smooth right along too the bottom, no bubbles. The metal flake is laid out smoothly and the clear coat is deep looking. The gold C-stripes really adds some pop. It also features GT fog lamps, GT wheels and GT exhaust tips through the valance. Has a remote mirror as well. The fog lamps do work. The door jambs are painted nicely, weather strips and window seals were replaced. Chrome is overall straight and shiny.
INTERIOR: Very good condition. Front seats have been reupholstered, the back seat is excellent original. Door panels are good original. Carpet is excellent but a little faded on the hump. It has the pony floor mats. The dash area actually area looks to be in really good shape. It still has it's original AM radio. Down below the dash is a modern gauge cluster. It has original seat belts front and back. Overhead the headliner and visors look like they're probably new.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a 302 with mild performance build. It has Crane cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley 4 barrel carb with electric choke and an MSD electronic ignition system. It's dressed up with some finned Edelbrock air cleaner and valve covers. Components look good- radiator shroud, hoses, washer bag is hooked up to the squirters. Nice clean metal is painted semi-gloss black, bottom of the hood is painted gloss green. The buck tag is still attached.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: I think it's exceptionally nice in the trunk. The bottom of the lid and the jamb are painted just as slick as the outside. Has new weatherstrip, trunk mat and tire cover. Under the mat is super clean metal painted green. Gas tank looks new. Has a spare tire.
UNDERSIDE: The bottom of the car has been restored, has solid metal frame rails and floors. Bottom of the motor is clean, starter looks new. The C-4 automatic looks clean and has a shift kit for a real snappy shift into 2nd. too. Dual exhaust looks recent. New fuel tank and sending unit. Has air shocks in back.
As I'm writing this a few of us started talking about how sharp looking this car is. The paint job is what will sell this car.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
