1976 Ford F-150 Ranger Description

Ok so this is a hard to find 1976 Ford F-150 Supercab shortbed 2wd. These older body style Fords are getting hard to find a Supercab is even harder to find especially in this condition. Yes it does have a small bit of RUST, but it's very fixable and nothing that would make this non-driveable. The body on this Ford was redone back around 10 years ago. This has had everything that needed to be done was done and no expense was spared. The body is straight and all metal, this is not a bondo buggy, and again I have posted pictures of the rust and if you want more pictures I will be glad to send them. The bed of the truck is especially clean which is very hard to find a short bed that has not rotted out. We did install a fuel tank in the rear of the frame and put the fuel door in the bed so the bedside would have a clean look. Both front doors are original and neither of them are rusted out at the bottoms and they are lined up. Now for the powertrain, this does have a Ford 429 SCJ. These are hard find and this one runs unbelievable. It has been about 10 years ago since it was built by one of the local performance gurus. It does have a small cam and was bored out but for some reason we cant find the cam card, and the builder cant remember what he used so i dont want to lie about it and tell you a bunch of BS so all we can say is yes it does have a small cam and it has been bored, and it sounds great and runs even better. The transmission is the proven C-6 with a small shift kit. It also has the great 9in rear end with 4.11 gears and a Detroit Locker. It also has a pair of Mickey Tompson Sportsman 31x18.5x15 street legal tires. The reason this is for sale is because it sits more than anything. I have kept it running over the years, but i haven't driven it. It sits about 363 days a year and have decided to let someone else to enjoy this play toy. Yes it does have a little RUST here and there, but this is a turn-key truck and yo4days ofu can drive it anywhere with no issues. I would not hesitate to jump in and head to Alaska, but i might want a unlimited gas card. This is a very nice truck and will make someone a great toyIf needed please message me if you want anymore picturesTHIS TRUCK HAS RARELY SEEN THE RAIN IT IS STORED EITHER IN MY SHOP OR AT MY HOME IN A GARAGEA $500.00 dollar deposit is required within 24hrs of end of auction, and the remainder will be due with-in end of auction
