1970 Ford Mustang Description
This low mileage Shelby has been sitting for 40 years. It was last registered in 1980 and has 38K original miles. The title is clear and is currently on a planned non-operation. The Marti Report says it's one of 35.It still has the original paint. The floors and chassis are solid (see photos). It is a R-Code, 428 SCJ/Drag Pack car with 3:91 rear end gears. Grabber blue with black interior, fold down seat, tach dash, AM radio, power steering, power brakes, visibility group. It has the original wheels but not the original tires. The motor is missing, the original vin numbered close ratio toploader transmission is being sold with the car and a replacement set of OEM shock towers. The car has been modified for drag racing. It was in a flash fire and burned from the waist line up. The bottom of the seats, bottom of the door panels, and carpet are not burned. All of the glass is shattered. The dash, steering wheel, top of the door panels, seat backs, top of the fenders, hood and trunk lid are burned (see photos). The roof is dented. It steers and rolls well so it's easy to move around.
