1957 Ford Thunderbird Description

Offered here is a nice and very solid 1957 Thunderbird factory C Code. Just out of a very long time ownership, this Thunderbird has been mechanically gone through with a new fuelpump, carburetor rebuild, transmission rebuild and all new brakes with new master cylinder and new wheel cylinders. It runs and drives very nicely. If you are not familiar with the C Code Thunderbirds, the C code means it has a 292 cubic inch V8, and a 3 speed manual transmission. It's a great pleasure to drive and is much more fun and certainly much sportier with the 3 speed stick. The car is in good driver quality condition cosmetically with an older paint job with some scratches/chips in places and some slight pitting in the chrome. The interior is in nice conditionas is the white convertible top which has an original top frame. The car also comes with an original hardtopwith portholes. The undercarriage is in solid condition and shows thecar has always been well kept. Overall this is a good original car that is great for someone who wants to drive and have a good time.
