1965 Ford Mustang Description

This vehicle was built for open track days, but it is very driveable for street use.This is truly a wicked car and has been electronically timed from 30-70 at 3.1 seconds JUST USING 3RD GEAR WITH NO SHIFTING. During this 30-70 test at 60mph it was breaking traction. It is not for inexperienced drivers. Engine is a 351 stroker built with premium parts designed to withstand track use. Mr Gasket dyno software shows 630 hp/570 ft-lbs torque and with 3 inch exhaust it tells all -don't mess with this. Some unique chassis items make the handling very good. It has a T10 4spd, 9" ford w/locke, traction bars andF&R sway bars. Most of the suspension bushings have been upgraded with premium parts and while being stiff it is not abusive. Suspension is designed after Shelby GT350 competition cars. At 600+ Hp and 2900 lbs that is less than 5 lbs/HP. For street use it has standard mustang Chrome rims and standard 14 " tires that can only be used for casual cruising and NOT to be used for any high speed stuff.
