1990 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition 4x4
Big 5.8L V-8 engine, runs great - never any problems, never towed (doesn't have a hitch), never removed hardtop - seal still good
2nd owners, clean title, no damage history, non-smoker
Mileage: 183,595
Flaws - it is a 30 year old truck that has been parked predominately outside; brakes are 'grabby'; tire tread at about 2/32; rust on bottom of tailgate; surface rust spots in a few places (tried showing in the photos); notorious Ford problem of paint flaking off around the front of the truck (hood & front quarter panels were repainted in 1995 but clearcoat is flaking off now); muffler & exhaust is rusted out in several places and will need to be replaced; rear window switch on dash doesn't work (need to use the key); electric door lock on driver side doesn't work; A/C will need to be charged/fixed; the dash light to illuminate the radio doesn't work (radio/cassette work fine); windshield has a few cracks in it; normal wear & tear/aging for a 30-year old vehicle
We did replace the transmission about 10,000 miles ago
This is a great classic truck that has served us well over the years. We hate to part with it but we currently have too many vehicles to maintain. We don't want this truck to sit around and not get used anymore, so we are making the sacrifice. A great opportunity to acquire a sought after classic truck for a reasonable price, especially with Ford coming out with the new Bronco in 2021. Mechanically, this is a strong running truck; most of the issues are cosmetic or routine maintenance items that need to be fixed/replaced (i.e. brakes, exhaust, tires, A/C, etc.).
