1954 Ford Country Sedan Customline Description

This is a beautiful 1954 Ford spent most of its life in storage. A V8 239ci Engine with a Fordomatic Automatic Transmission. This Customline Country Sedan was purchased from its original owner approximately 30 years ago where it was sitting in a Colorado Barn. After purchase, It was sent to one of Denver's Top Auto Restoration Artists of the 1990s for a show car restoration.During its restoration, this hard to find Four Door Wagon was repainted in its original Highland Green Metallic Lacquer Paint that still shines today. The Interior was refreshed in its original vinyl style seat upholstery, door panels, carpet and headliner. Car sits on genuine Firestone wide whitewall tires, stainless steel trim rings and dog dish hubcaps. All glass slides or rolls up/down easily. Car is original 6 volt positive ground system. see removal from storage Video https://youtu.be/XOZXKLlR_VQ

After its restoration in the 1990s, this classic car was enjoyed in the local Denver area during special events and weekends until placed back into storage where it's remained for almost 20 years until now. In August 2020 my family decided to part with this collector car and shipped the Country Sedan Wagon to me in Spring Valley, California to help facilitate the sale to a third owner who will love this amazing classic like my family did.

Correcting the paint finish revealed a gorgeous vintage Highland Green Metallic Lacquer paint job from 30 years ago. The vinyl Ivory Seat Inserts were replaced November 2020 along with the headliner, that’s all that was needed to make the interior look perfect yet vintage. After replacing the Carburetor, Battery, Voltage Regulator, Regulator Wiring Harness, Ignition Points, Condenser, Cap, Rotor, Spark Plugs and Wires and Engine easily started with fresh oil and fluids. The car starts, stops, steers and is 100 percent complete. Mileage is unknown, not listed on any document but overall mechanical condition and time in storage leads us to believe mileage is low. Car comes with a Clean and Clear Colorado Title and Keys. Sitting in the garage for so long this car is in very good condition from 20 years ago, its simply amazing!see Videohttps://youtu.be/XOZXKLlR_VQ

It was a real pleasure to facilitate the return of this classic car to the streets. I was amazed how complete and original this car is, it will make restoration easy.
