1968 Ford Mustang Description
This 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe was born a 6 cylinder (I6) and was replaced somewhere down the line with a 289 (V8). Great car and SUPER powerful. Manual Steering and Brakes. This is a straight clean car. Does not look to have been wrecked. It has a Flame Thrower Distributor, Edlebrock 4bbl Carburetor
, Scott Drake Black and Aluminum Valve Covers and Air Cleaner, American Racing aluminum rims, headers with true dual exhaust, new battery, new fuel sending unit, new fuel pump, new solenoid, new trunk mat kit. Interior in good shape, could use a new carpet set ($137) and a rear top seat cover
There is rust in the normal spots : Bottoms of doors bubbling, Under the tip of the hood. Under the Vinyl Top there are two or three holes in the roof (not leaking due to the vinyl). I would plan to make it a hard top as the holes can be welded.
This car would be great as a project or kept as it is for a daily driver.
This car is also listed locally.
