THE 1966 FALCON CHANGED THE BODY LINES AGAIN WITH A NEW SHAPE AND LARGER SIZE. IT WAS MORE OF A MID-SIZED CAR NOW AND SPORTED A NEW MORE MUSCULAR STANCE. THIS YEARS MODEL IS A ONE YEAR ONLY PRODUCTION AS THE 1967 HAD SOME MINOR CHANGES. COLLECTORS LOVE THE CHANCE TO OWN A "FIRST OF" OR A "LAST OF" AND THIS BEAUTY IS BOTH. THIS FUTURA HOWEVER, IS NO ORDINARY FALCON. THIS BAD BOY NOT ONLY LOOKS THE PART, IT GETS “THUMBS UP” AND PEOPLE WATCH IT GO BY EVERYWHERE I GO, AND IT PERFORMS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS. SURE THERE ARE FANS FOR THE 1964 & 1965 BUT THESE 66’S ARE MORE RARE AND DESIRABLE..

THIS GROUND POUNDING STREET OR STRIP CLASSIC MUSCLE CAR IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART OR NO WANNA BE HOT RODDER. YOU BETTER BE PREPARED. THIS BEAST IS STRONG AND FAST. AND I MEAN FAST! THE HARD WORK IS DONE.

THIS V8 347 STROKER CONVERSION IS PUSHING A STARTLING 400 HP. TO SAY IT SOUNDS WICKED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! THIS BABY IS JUST BARELY BROKEN IN. IT RUNS STRAIGHT AND SMOOTH AND STOPS WITH NO PULLS.

THIS BLACK ON BLACK BEAUTY IS LASER STRAIGHT WITH NO DENTS OR CREASES OF ANY KIND ANYWHERE. BOTH SIDES ARE SMOOTH AS GLASS. IT HAS A STUNNING DEEP, DEEP GLOSS SHINE, BLACK TINTED WINDOWS AND EXCELLENT CHROME ALL AROUND. THE INTERIOR PRESENTS VERY NICE. THE SEATS ARE FREE OF ANY TEARS OR RIPS AS IS THE HEADLINER. ALL GLASS IS VERY NICE WITH NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. DOOR LOCKS WORK WITH KEY.

I’VE INSPECTED THIS BEAUTY ON A LIFT AND FOUND ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF ANY RUST ANYWHERE ON THE UNDERCARRIAGE, AND NO EVIDENCE OF ANY BODY REPAIR OR BONDO AT ALL. THAT INCLUDES THE FLOOR AND TRUNK PANS AS WELL AS, THE FRAME, ROCKER PANELS AND THE WHEEL DROPS. THERE IS HOWEVER, SOME SMALL BUBBLING OF PAINT NEAR THE VINYL TOP BY THE BACK WINDOW.

THERE IS NO REASON WHY YOU COULDN’T TAKE THIS CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF PURE AMERICAN MUSCLE TO ANY LOCAL OR REGIONAL CAR SHOW, AND NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE THE ONLY ONE WITH A 1966 FUTURA, YOU WILL BE GETTING TONS OF ATTENTION.

Buyer also agrees that buyer has conducted all desired inspections of the vehicle (including title history and mechanical / cosmetic inspections) before agreeing to purchase this vehicle by private party and desires to purchase this vehicle with or without such knowledge of such history and/or inspections.

Buyer further agrees and acknowledges that Seller has made no representation regarding the vehicle except those representations that are made in writing and signed / agreed upon between buyer and seller. Buyer further understands that Seller shall not be responsible in any way, for claims of any kind arising from the vehicle defects, whether or not obvious at the time of sale.

Payment Methods

CASH IN PERSON OR A BANK WIRE TRANSFER. Neither the vehicle nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared.

Payment Terms

Buyer pays a non-refundable 25% down payment within 72 hours of end of auction. Balance is due within 5 business days of the end of auction. Seller accepts bank wire transfers, or cash in person. Seller reserves the right to end this auction at any time, for any reason. The vehicle will not be available for delivery until all financial transactions have been completed.

If the winning fails to pay the non-refundable 25% down payment within 72 hours of end of auction, or does not pay the remaining balance within the five (5) business day period, the seller has the right to refuse the sale and any payment to the seller will not be returned to the buyer. If the buyer decides after agreeing to purchase the vehicle that he or she does no longer wants the vehicle, no refund of any kind will be issued.

Inspection

I fully welcome a buyer's private inspection. I will gladly show the car in person or assist any bidder who wishes to have a private party inspect the car but this must be done prior to auction ending. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred.

Warranty

This vehicle is being sold AS-IS. AS-IS is here defined as having no warranty stated, implied or otherwise expressed in any way, shape or form. The buyer assumes all and total responsibility for all or any defects known or unknown, apparent or non-apparent with this vehicle. Such defects are not limited to any area, system or part of the vehicle, but include the entire vehicle and all or any of its parts, systems or areas associated with it in all or any way. I have done my best to represent this vehicle as it appears, however, the seller is not responsible for, does not guarantee or warranty the correctness of this listing, the information contained within it, or any comments/responses to questions made about the vehicle listed, whether in verbal or written form. Title

The title is free, clear, in my name and will be presented to the buyer after all financial transactions have been completed.

Shipping

I will gladly assist the buyer with the shipping of his or her vehicle, but this is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Notice to Bidders

Your bid represents a legally binding contract. Only bid if you fully agree to purchase this vehicle if you are the winner at the close of the auction and have the necessary funds securely in place. If you win the auction, and did not inspect or have the car inspected prior to end of auction, the non-refundable deposit will be required before you see the car. This will eliminate anyone from ending my auction as high bidder only to “fly in” or “show up” to decide if they want the car or not.
