BODY:
1981 Mustang w/ 85 front and rear bumper cover. Cobra spoiler, Cervini's hood. Windshield back all orginal paint except rear bumper cover, spoiler, and rear quarter moldings. 50K original miles on body.Not shown in pics rear hatch and 1/4 windows tinted.
ENGINE:
302 bored .030 over. Windsor Jr. iron heads milled, ported, polished, 3 angle valve job done by Victory Engines in Cleveland,Ohio. Bottom end: stock crank, Keith black hyper pistons, new rods, new rings. Scorpion 1.6 roller rockers. Crane link bar style hydraulic roller lifters. Hardened push rods. Titanium retainers. Isky springs. 1.94/1.60 Manley stainless valves. Custom grind billet steel hydraulic roller cam. ( under 15k miles on engine itself ) Edelbrock Performer RPM air gap intake gasket matched. 11:1 CR. MSD Billet distributor. MSD 6AL ignition with plug in module dial rev limiter. Poly motor mounts. Fluidyne 3 row aluminum radiator. Electric fan. Powermaster 100A alternator. Edelbrock polished aluminum water pump. March pulleys. Battery relocated to trunk mounted in aluminum box that's vented to exterior; NHRA approved with external kill switch.
DRIVETRAIN:
G-Force T5 helical synchronized gears. Carbon fiber lined synchros. Freshened up 5/2012. ( Less than 4k miles ) Short throw shifter. Shifter handle powdercoated black and custom shift knob. Poly trans mount. Quick Time SFI safety bellhousing. Spec stage 2 clutch. Fidanza aluminum flywheel. New rear main seal, pilot bearing, clutch fork, Ford Motorsport adjustable clutch cable ( 10/2010 ). Bolted and welded subframe connectors. Torque boxes plated and welded. Ford Motorsport aluminum driveshaft. 8.8 was gutted, blasted, straightened in jig and tubes welded and bracing added. Aluminum diff cover. 31 spline axles. 3.55 Ford gears. Torsen FR500 worm driven gear carrier. All bearings and races new. ( 7/2012 w just under k miles on whole rear ). Rear brake line stainless steel. AGR power steering rack and pinion and cooler ( 8/2012 w less than 3k miles ). Hurst roll control line lock. Flaming river steering rack.
FUEL SYSTEM:
650 Mighty Demon carb. Holley black electric fuel pump. -10AN braided stainless fuel line. 100 and 10 micron fuel filters. Sumped tank ( 12/2006 ). Holley fuel pressure regulator.
SUSPENSION:
Koni single adjustable shocks and struts ( 5/2013 w less than 2000 miles on them ). BBK lowering springs ( 7/2012 with under 3k ). 87-93 spindles. Drilled slotted rotors that were Nitroplated. Hawk HPS pads. Braided stainless front and rear brake hoses. 17" x 9" Cobra R rims with Sumitomo 245/45/17 front tires and 275/40/17 rear Mickey Thompson drag radials. Poly bushings on front control arms. New tie rod ends and ball joints. Maximum Motorsports rear lower control arms. ( poly on body side, spherical on rear end side ).J&M rear upper control arms w/poly bushings. ( 4/2014 ) New poly bushings on rear end . New front sway bar with poly bushings and end links with poly bushings. Aluminum caster camber plates.
EXHAUST:
BBK 1 5/8" equal length long tube ceramic coated headers. BBK shorty off road h-pipe. Magnaflow stainless steel mufflers.
INTERIOR:
Whole interior was converted from red to black. New carpet, Corbeau seats, original rear bench seat reupholstered with same fabric from Corbeau front seats. Temp and oil pressure gauge. New headliner. Rear quarter windows and hatch tinted. Grant steering wheel. Autometer 5" monster tach w shift light
