1988 Ford F-350 Description

This is our Rig, and this is how we drive it. This is how it looks. We didn't vacuum it, wash it, or try to make it pretty. IT'S A WORK HORSE, NOT A SHOW PONY. It's a great strong reliable truck. It has a dual stage ALARM, and Dukes of hazzard dixie air horns for fun. 1988 Ford F-350 quadcab 4X2 long bed truck. A strong running, reliable, SAFE 4 door truck and tow rig. It's an ex-government vehicle. I bought it in 2011, and have been using it to tow my boat, cars, rv trailer, horses, and hay. Its a great truck! It always starts, and gets us home. It has Air Conditioning, power steering, power brakes, a "floating rear-end," 4x2 suspension, dual gas tanks for long trips, bench seats, SEAT BELTS for 6, a long bed, and a full size spare. The A/C was converted to 134a with a new compressor, condensor and dryer. The interior and paint were done when I bought it. It has the rebuilt reliable bulletproof Ford 351W and automatic transmission. It rolls a trailer at 65mph with no problem. Keep in mind its almost 30 yrs old, so it has it's quirks. The paint was done in matte black, but it has faded over the past few years. The interior is sloppy, but it can be cleaned easily. The front passenger window can be difficult. The speedometer and odometer have not worked since we bought it . We just put what the title states. It has a rebuilt 351w and transmission. The steering has some play in it, but it still goes down the road straight and steers great. It drips fluids, but doesn't effect it. We just top it off every few months and keep an oil pan under it. It can use new turn signal lenses, but they function as is. It rides nice, really smooth for a truck, but it makes noises over bumps and at around 70-75 mph it gets a vibration. The converted A/C drags the motor a bit. The back seat is like new, and the front seat has a cover on it. It has Kenwood 3 way speakers, but the stereo was stolen. The headliner is gone, and thedome-lightworks.None of the quirks affect thedrive-ability. Its a great truck that we no longer need, with a clean and clear title in our name.We reserve the right to end the auction at any time due to local cash offers. Thanks in advance. It's not pretty, but it's a strong runner. Please feel free to ask any questions Thanks
