You are bidding on an exquisite example of a 1974 Ford Ranchero GT.
This vehicle was purchased from Sids Towing in Dayton Ohio. It was picked up off the streets of Dayton...
The way the story was relayed to me that the vehicle was sitting on the street and the owner of this vehicle was never moved so the city had it towed. So of course as you can guess no one else came and picked the truck up either. Which then the truck has to have a "Salvage Title" because it was abandoned never wrecked and drives great.
The truck is a 400ci with 73,349 miles on it the items I had to purchase to make it road worth were a brand new ...not used Radiator. A new Gas tank. Did some brake work along with a tune up. It immediately fired right up. It runs amazing and drives great. The interior will blow your mind how clean it is. It is a bucket seat truck which I have only seen one other one between craigslist ...eBay or car shows in the past few years I have owned it.. This is one of the best examples I have ever seen of the 70's! It is also equip with a period correct radar detector that is cool...as well as a CD attached to the back wall in between the bucket seats. Everything is in operational order and the bed is crazy nice. For the outside, it is really odd that the passenger side decal rusted off of the car causing a rust stripe down the side of it. It is a very solid truck nothing is ridiculously rusty ...I really hate to part with always had an envisioned its life being my shop truck ... but it is way too nice to beat it up.
