1930 Ford Model A Description

1930 Model A Ford gasser. This is not a recreation or modern interpretation. This car was pulled from its resting place in Jan 2016. It has sat (inside a barn) since 1968. This is the real deal. Last raced in 1968 at Bluegrass Dragway in Lexington KY. This is a central KY car. Again, its real. Car has title. I stress this was a real race car. This car ran in B or C supercharged. All memories of this car were lost to a house fire in the 80's in Winchester KY. This story can be and has been confirmed. If you are familiar with gassers on this side of the country this car was built along side the Rebel Rouser, also out of Winchester. Google search Rebel Rouser 427 Ford gasser. This car has only been in public only twice since 1968. Once at US60 Dragway for the straight axle race and Madison IN. memorial day car show. The car will stop people in their tracks.

This car is available for inspection anytime. For addition questions and sincere interest contact me at 513-9O7-1931. I am happy to take additional pictures for those with real interest. I have had the engine torn down to the long block. I have not had the pan off. I have not had the heads off. Engine appears to be mechanically sound. Everything moves as it should. I reserve right to end auction early. Car is also listed on Cincinnati OH Craigs. Reserve is less than the last auction highest bid.

Exterior of body is original metal. Floors, firewall, and trunk are all done in heating metal. That's what was on hand in early 60s to build a car with.
