Hello, Up for sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang. Has been in the family since 1980. Was originally silver-was orange when we purchased it. Originally had a V-8 289 with 3 speed automatic. Also power steering. We had the body work done and had it repainted silver-the bodyman added some patch panels and installed new bumpers. Was a fun and great car to drive. Eventually one the rear frame rails rusted through. About the same time I quit working on the classic cars to start a family and purchase a house. The car sat for a few years. Eventually the wife gave the car to our teenage Son. Him and a friend removed the motor and tranny. They took the interior out and started removing the drivers side floorboards. He lost interest in it. It has sat a few more years.
It is now up for sale. The interior seats have been in the barn a few years-lots of barn dust-should clean up nicely but as pictured the stitching has split on the drivers seat. Carpet is gone. Does have a center console but the plastic has split on one side. Appears now the other frame rail has rusted thru also. Motor and tranny are gone. No power steering pump. I did jack it up and have all the brakes freeded up so it does roll. The left front tire leaks air as you try to fill it. Hood is painted black-no hood hinges. Dash looks pretty good. Will be for pickup only. Is located in Marysville Ohio. If any questions please ask. Can take additional pictures if needed.
