deposit and payment. Thank You! I purchased this car about a year ago from a lady It was an unfinished project her late husband had begun.
The interior had been redone and the body was straight and in white primer. I was told that a restoration was started several
years ago: rebuilt motor, new interior,
most of the body work done, but when the brakes failed, it was parked in the garage. He passed away a few months later and the car set for some time. She finally decided to sell it but it had missing parts and would not run. It was missing the gas tank, gas cap, fuel pump, carburetor, alternator, regulator, power steering pump and belt . I purchased the car and had them installed and the car ran great. I had the brakes redone, drums turned, new: shoes, master cylinder, booster, wheel cylinders, and all three brake hoses. Many of the rubber parts had been replacedand the rest are in the trunk for installation after the car is painted. The front and rear window trim and a replacement for driver's side window glass (drivers side glass is badly scratched) are also in the trunk. The front tires are new 185/60/14 and the rear tires 205/70/14 were on the car when I bought it, but they look near new. The car runs and drives fine, all the gauges work, even the AM radio works. But the heater motor has the black wire broken off, so it isn't working, but the heater box looks new. The windshield washer does not work, I installed a new pump, but it still not working. It needs final body prep and paint. The dash pad is cracked but the dash mat covers it nicely. The power steering leaks fluid, I'm told the small hoses going to the slave need to be replaced. My son will take pics for me on 9/13/16 and I will post them then. I have over 7K invested but I have some bills that need to be paid, so this will sell to the highest bidder, there is no buy it now. A$1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours by Paypal or the car will be sold to next highest bidder. Balance due within 10 days by: cash in person, paypal, or wire transfer, if paying by anykind of check (even a Cashiers check) please note, the car will not be released until the check has cleared my bank. I will work with your shipper. Please ask any and all questions before biddingHappy bidding!! The windshield trim all looks good, dirty but not all dented up.
