1973 Ford Bronco Description

Do you want a classic American V8? Do you want a convertible? Do you want a 4x4? Or do you want it all in one original vintage package like this 1973 Ford Bronco? We get excited when Broncos look like this. The original Wind Blue has been re-sprayed with a professional hand you can tell just by how the gloss rolls over the panels. Speaking of the panels they look fantastic. The uncluttered straight lines give this classic utility vehicle strength in both appearance and function. Plus, the full doors and removable white hardtop let you choose between being closed-n-cozy or open to nature. Another part of the iconic classic style is the optional swing-away rear-mounted spare tire. There still is plenty of bling on this one thanks to the chrome door mirrors, optional chrome bumpers, and updated chrome wheels that connect this first-generation Bronco to the final generation.Inside it feels like there were plenty of option boxes checked at the Ford dealer. This one has interesting features like the sports-style bucket seats in bright parchment. There are also features for everyday convenience like the three-speed automatic transmission and power brakes. The original AM radio is in place, but the real tunes come from a modern AM/FM/CD stereo w/aux input that's concealed in the custom center console (it also features a set of always-welcomed cup holders.) If this Bronco seems more like a complete vehicle than just something purely utilitarian, the pictures should solidify this feeling. The full carpeting, rear bench seat, and coordinating interior panels are the kind of features more likely found in a vintage sports car than a truck. There are plenty of upgrades on this Bronco, but the best one is the 302 cubic-inch V8 motor that was a factory option beginning in 1973. This is one of the stoutest V8s that Ford offered at the time, and it makes for the perfect powerplant for a trail ready Bronco like this one. It even looks highly original right down to the air grabber and valve covers. The 4x4 is engaged via the Dana 20 transfer case, and its grip is aided by the modern Mastercraft Courser ATX tires. Another great thing about Broncos is the short wheelbase is ideal for scaling obstacles and tight turns. Also, if anything needs to be mended after an adventurous day off-road, many of the major mechanical pieces are either shared across the Ford's robust truck line or part of the larger 4x4 community. This means even though 1st generation Broncos are becoming rarer everyday, finding replacement parts is often quite simple. This is the cool vehicle that looks terrific on the trail or out for night on the town, and since it's optioned correctly, you can do both with ease. Don't let this turnkey classic Bronco slip through your fingers. Call today!!!
