1989 Ford Thunderbird Description

This is a nice car overall for it's age.

Runs - 3.8 Super Charged V6. Automatic Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Steering, Sun Roof. Flip down rear seats. All original.

Clean and clear title in hand. 2nd Owners.

Runs but won't stay running at idle. However, it runs and drives well enough to put up onto a trailer for a long distance tow. Plugged in an OBD tester and was told "Evaporative Emissions System Leak Detected (small leak) P0442. Not sure what that means.

Battery is week so could use a replacement.

Power windows and seats are not currently working. Have not checked into why yet. Could be as simple as a fuse or a ground.

There is minor wear on the interior due to age but nothing bad as you can see from the photos. Paint has a few chips here and there but again, nothing major.

This car would be considered a project to some as it needs a few little things fixed. We bought this car for our Grandson as a first car but his parents won't let him have it. They say it is too fast with a Super Charger for a first car. Hence we don't need it any more.
