1955 GMC 1/2 Ton Pickup Custom Description

Up for auction is a GMC Big Back Window, 1955 1/2 ton Pickup. This little truck is a great driver with it's Camaro front clip, power steering, and late 250 Six with three carb's, headers and chrome dress up kit. It has a car 4 speed transmission, duel exhaust, (that sounds nice). It starts easy and runs very smooth. The interior has nice bucket seats Tilt wheel, floor shift console & shifter, cassette stereo, heater, wipers and this is the more desirable Big BackWindow pickup. The truck has a nicebody with no rust out and has had extensive modifications. Louvered & decked hood, shaved door handles, louvered tail gate, rolled pan, Frenched antenna, Frenched dull 1959 caddy tail lights and sun visor. Paint is getting old with chips and nicks but is a good base, no dents and body is straight. Pin striping has a good look and thepaint is ok for a driver. The wind shield has one small chip on the passenger side, (hard to see in the pictures.)Awhitevinyl bed (Tonto) cover and custom show steering wheel cove comes with the truck. The tires are good and are on old chrome wheels with baby moons. The truck has just had a fresh tune up, oil change and the rear end & transmission were checked,so is ready for the road. This is a good driver quality truck not a show truck but could be. I'm listing this little truck for a friend and will take all questions to him.Buyer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs. We will help with loading on our end and in anyway we can.
