Have over 200 pics during build & some videos. It's been a 3 year project, interests have changed since the start date.
Item's left to be finished:window crank handles (which are coming in Tuesday the 2nd), door lock knobs, calibrating odometer/speedometer, adding fluid to line for the secondary fuel gauge mounted inside cab, installing seat belts, installing the linkage to the ride height valve mounted at each corner of the frame for the auto air ride, charging the a/c system & connecting the power to the compressor & maybe a few little adjustments after some more road testing. All partsneeded to finish go with the truck. The odometer has 118 miles on it, but it's not calibrated yet. I've taken it to Cruising the coast in October 2017 and driven it around town a few time's,it has no more than 500 miles on it. It's got plenty enough power for the street & the rear tire's hook up good. Truck comes with a lot of spare or extra parts. Parts that we're either sent wrong, ordered wrong or not needed. Items such as a Painless performance perfect torc transmissioncontroller, Wilwood disc brake pedal assembly, gm a/c compressor, power steering rack & pinion, etc. You can open up a stand at a swap meet, keep them forother project's or just sell them on ebay. I'm not going to subtract them off the winning bidder's price if winner doesn't want them, they simply will go with the truck for free.
Keep in mind, it is what it is. It's not a new truck, it doesn't ride like a Cadillac, you may hear a little wind noise, not only from the supercharger, but from the window's, the body panels line up better than they did in 1968 when this was made to be a work truck, but it's still not perfect as a new truck would be. It's a great vehicle to rip around town in or just to cruise around & not have to worry about people leaning up against it and scratching your $20k paint job up. Just throw a cooler in the back, go to the track or the beach & have a good time.
Truck may sell before auction end's. If you're serious, contact me. Some interests are pro-touring, rat rod, older vehicles in original condition, up or down.
