BOUGHT OUT OF ARKANSAS FROM IT LAST OWNER AS A RUNNING / DRIVING PROJECT THAT WAS STARTED. WITH THE ABUNDANCE OF REPLACEMENT, NOS ( NEW OLD STOCK ) AND REPRODUCTION PARTS AVAILABLE- THE SKY IS THE LIMIT WITH EITHER CUSTOMIZING OR RESTORING BACK TO ORIGINAL…! THIS JIMMY HAS LOTS OF POTENTIAL !!

BODY IS FAIRLY SOLID AND FINISHED IN A BLACK / GRAY PRIMER. IT DOES SHOW A COUPLE OF AREAS OF RUST WITH OUTLINES OF WHERE THEY WERE GOING TO BE CUT AND REPLACED WITH NEW METAL. THE FLOORS, CARGO AREA, FRAME, FRAME MOUNTS AND FIREWALL – ALL VERY SOLID. DRIVERS DOOR AND REAR TAILGATE OPEN / CLOSE AS THEY SHOULD, PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE DOES NOT WORK, BUT DOOR DOES OPEN / CLOSE. GLASS IN DECENT SHAPE, WINDOWS ROLL UP AND DOWN.

INTERIOR, ALSO DOES HAVE POTENTIAL… DECENT DASH PAD, FACTORY GAUGES IN PLACE. SPEEDOMETER WORKS, BUT DOES SHOW “HOKY” WIRING ATTEMPT THROUGHOUT THE INTERIOR… STEERING COLUMN IS LOOSE. CARGO AREA DOES SHOW EXTRA PARTS, BUT I HAVE NOT GONE THROUGH THEM ?

NOT SURE OF WHAT YEAR OR HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THE BIG BLOCK 454ci V8 ? WHAT I DO KNOW IT DOES START AND HAS A VERY HEALTHY IDLE !!! ALSO NOT SURE ON WHAT KIND OF 4-SPEED MANUAL IT IS ? I DO KNOW 1ST GEAR IS A “GRANNY / CRAWLER” GEAR… SHIFTS THROUGH THE GEARS EASILY WITH GOOD CLUTCH FEEL… WHILE DRIVING I NOTICED THE STEERING DOES WANDER A LITTLE, BUT OVERALL DRIVES VERY WELL !! GOOD BRAKES, AWESOME POWER & SOUND !!
