1971 GMC CST K20, 4x4, nicely restored, runs and drives great
1971 GMC Sierra 2500 Description
Very nice 1971 GMC K20, custom, 4x4... This truck was restored from the ground up and was done very well. It is not a perfect truck, but very presentable and a great driver. It is a factory 4x4, 3/4 ton with some kinda cool and rare options. Here's what's been done ...
- New paint; base/clear. The body is straight, and the paint is nice. It has been cut and polished. I would give it an 8/10 for quality.
- New 4" Rough Country complete suspension with new front and rear springs, bushings and shocks. Not your typical cheapo lift with blocks. This truck rides nice; not like a beet truck!
- New upper and lower ball joints.
- New upper and lower body side moulding
- New door weatherstripping
- New front and rear bumpers
- New headliner
- Newly upholstered seat
- New carpet
- New threshold plates and door sill plates
- New gauge bezel (this truck has a factory tach) woohoo!
- New door panels and arm rests
- The 15" rally wheels were stripped and painted (single stage) and wrapped in new BFG K02 A/T 33x12.50x15 tires
- New rally trim rings and factory hub caps
- Newly speed lined bed, professionally done
- All of the fluids from the motor to all of the gear boxes have been changed
- Tune up; plugs, wires, cap & rotor
... I am sure there is more I am forgetting so please ask questions.
