1986 GMC High Sierra 4X4, good truck. same owner over 32 years

1986 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 Description

Description – I am selling this truck for a friend of mine, he bought the truck in 1995 an had 24,827 actualmiles, it is now showing 56,024. I can't gauarentte the miles, but he didn't drive it alot and mostly driven around our small town. He passed away recently so it is now for sale. You can see the title as actual miles when he purchased it in 1995.It has been here in the Tennessee area since early 90's.HAS A CLEAR TENNESSEE TITLE, in 2nd owners name before he passed.

NOTE: Look at my feedback, the ONLY bad one I got was a few months ago, a guy bought a frame off 1967 fastback mustang and his wife didn't want him to buy it and when he got it, she was mad and he wanted his money back, and I said no, you should ask you other partner before buying if you need to. So, he left a bad feedback for that. As you can see, I try to be as picky, maybe more than others, but he should have known before buying it she said NO.I will shoot you straight, doesn't matter if you buy or not, just want you to be happy.

ENGINE: 350, carburetor, was a factory 305. This guy was a town geat mechanic and owned his own shop for years, well known. Transmission shifts out good overdrive and 4x4 works like it should. It has sat in my garage and I haven't seen ANY drips of any liquids.Has the lock out hubs and shifts in/out good.

Has factory front disc brakes, power steering

Dual exhaust and sounds good, no leaks

Heat and Air work, original jack still mounted on fender.

Has dual tanks but works sometimes so can't say they work all the time, just keep on one tank. (prob. a switch)

BODY/EXTERIOR: - Black, it has had one repaint years ago, use to be two tone, black/silver. Paint is good but not show. If they would let me, I could wetsand and buff this truck and it would be slick. No rust in the truck that we know of.

Has all the original trim, bumpers (guards on front), grill, lights. etc..

New windshield installed and all other glass original.

Michelin Tires and are very good shape, 31x10.50x15, truck rally's

Tail gate opens and closes good, bed very solid, along with rest of the body of the truck

Underneath truck is solid frame is very good shape.

INTERIOR: - All original interior, driver seat small tear, see pic.Tilt wheel.

Headliners looks great, door panels look good (original)

Dome lights work, original radio and works good. Does have a dash cover and looks good.

Carpet looks good to be 32 years old.Has delay wipers. Power windows and locks AND they work

Clock still works in dash, gas gauge, speedometer and oil gauge works, temp, volt doesn't, but sometimes temp gauge comes back, so don't count on it at times. Just being honest

All lights work, headlights, tail lights, blinkers

Has tinted windows and looks good

Key Buzzer still works
