1986 GMC K15 Shortbed 4x4
1986 GMC Sierra 1500 Description
1986 GMC K15 SWB 4x4, 305 V8 Spd manual with granny low gear. Interior is in overall good shape with only one major crack in the dash, seat has been replaced and is in great shape with only slight wear. The middle section of the rear sliding window is busted out. Lights and gauges work with the exception of the radio which is not hooked to any speakers so I do not know if it works. The engine is strong and the transmission shifts as it should. The odometer has flipped and I'm guessing the truck has around 120,000 on it. The previous owner replaced the clutch and rebuilt the front end. The 4 wheel drives works well. The body is rusty in all the usual places these trucks develop rust, rockers, outer cab corners and around the fenders. The body has some dents and the grille has been replaced with one from a Chevrolet. One front turn signal is missing its lens. The frame is solid. It has a wood bed that is missing some boards but has a large rubber mat over it. The truck will also come with an extra set of rotors and the factory air cleaner. Overall this is an excellent running short bed 4x4 that the previous owner was using as his everyday driver and I have had no problems out of the truck. This would make a cool driver as is or would be a good candidate for a restoration. This is a no reserve auction.
This truck is being sold as is with no warranty. This vehicle is 30 years old and some of the information about it is from the previous owner and can not make any guarantees about the vehicle other than it has preformed well while in my care and I have tried to describe it as honestly as possible.
