1956 GMC P/U Description
1956 GMC pro street pickup. Body off build. Older build that show great! Has been in Truckin' magazine, Super Chevy, Popular Hot Rodding twice, and Chevy Action Magazines. Laser straight body with NO rust anywhere of any kind. Was always an Arizona truck. Shaved door handles. Plymouth Volare front suspension with disc brakes Ford 9" rear. Power steering and brakes. Power windows. 31X18.5 Mickey Thompson rear tires. Nicely detailed 350. Turbo 400 trans with 2500 stall. Chrome fenderwells and firewall, very nicely detailed under the hood. Tastefully modified dash with custom gauges, filled glovebox. Cadillac bench seat with 8 way power settings. TIlt/telescopic steering column. Polished Weld Wheel aluminum rims. '39 Ford frenched in taillights. Looks, sounds and runs great! Bed wood could use a new coat of varnish, and there is a bubble in the right rear fender. All in all, a great truck that has nice pedigree. I'm sure I have forgotten a few things, so feel free to email me. Drivers door glass has a crack. Stereo and equalizer are in a custom built overhead console. As with any used car, expect a few chips and scratches here and there.
