1940 GMC Other Pickups Description

1940 GMC 1-1/2 ton Truck.. This is a very solid old truck that has 5100 original miles on it. This was an ex fire truck that spent all of its life inside, Truck does run and drive and brakes do work. Only rust is in lower driver side door (see pic). I do have front bumper and can send more pics if needed. Truck has no bed and no lights and fuel tank has been removed and will need repaired or replaced but can start and run out of a gas jug. I bought with intentions to build a rat rod out of it but just don’t have the heart to destroy such a solid original truck. I do NOT have a title but will include bill of sale, it is marked that it has rebuildable or remanufactured title on because eBay made me select one. It has original Babbitt rod inline 6cyl engine and 4 speed manual trans.All fire truck parts were removed when I bought it. I can get any pics you may need if asked and will answer any questions you may have. All handles door latches and window cranks and gauges work as well. Truck will be sold as is with no warranty.Buyer arranges pickup at my residence. It has no title!!
