1991 Honda Civic DX Hatchback Canadian model
1991 Honda Civic Description
A friend of mine bought this early last year for the guy she was dating at the time. After they broke up, e promised to make payments to her, nd didn't, o now she has the car and I'm helping her try to get some of her money back. Everything we know about the car is listed here:
1991 Honda Civic DX (ED chassis)
244,200 miles
Appears to be stock, xcept maybe aftermarket exhaust and lowered
Aftermarket OZ wheels - painted light blue
Timing belt has been changed, ut unsure of when
This is a Canadian built model (doesn't have the door-mounted seatbelts)
5-speed transmission
D15B2 engine
The car is 25 years old, o don't expect it to be a show car. It has a small amount of damage to the driver's side fender (pictured) and the front bumper isn't perfect. Otherwise, he body appears to be in good shape overall. Paint is average for its age. The interior is fair. The front seat have covers on them...the original covers do have rips and tears, ut only on the front seats. The rear seats look great!
After driving the car a couple of times, t appears that the radiator may have a small leak. The temperature gauge never gets past halfway, ut after driving 15-20 minutes, t does steam from behind the fans somewhere. Other than that, he car does seem to be mechanically and physically sound.
If you have any questions, lease ask. I can't promise I'll know the answer, ut I'll do my best to find out. The car is being sold as-is, here-is. I reserve the right to end this auction early, s it is also for sale locally. $300 nonrefundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Balance due within 7 days, nless prior arrangements are made.
