1990 Honda Civic Wagon Description

Up for your consideration is my 1990 Civic Wagon that only has 84k original miles. Im letting this Honda go for the soul purpose of funding my Toyota project. This was a side project for me that ended up eating up a lot of my resources and time. So its time for me to sell it. Here are the details:
1990 civic wagond15b2 that has been converted to MPFIAutomatic transmissiond16z6 intake manifoldnew o-rings for the spark plug tubes (the ones under the cam cage)All new spark plugs and wiresAll fresh fluids and belts (including Timing)New batteryGabriel struts (all 4) on generic adjustable sleevesExtended top hats for the struts13in Steelies with 3 new tires and 1 used (1 was slashed so replaced with used)15in OG SAN Wheels with brand new hancook tires ( not even 5 miles on them)NRG Classic wood steering wheel
Car has no leaks, knocks, or engine lights on. Its a very reliable daily driver. car shifts and drives very nice, just Turn the key and go.
As far as the negatives as concerned:
There is some minor rust on the passenger side rear quarter panel that i skimmed with body filler, however there is still plenty of metal there to to a proper patch.
The driver side door panel has some black tape on the top of the door card to cover some imperfections.
The passenger side speaker is not working? haven't looked into it. the speakers are good as i just replaced them with "kicker" units
The rear hatch is slightly tweaked from my son shutting it on my jack handle. should be a easy fix for a body shop. It still shuts fine, just have to close it hard.
The A/C compressor turns on, but its not cold (needs a charge)
The windshield has some excessive silicone on the upper riverside corner that looks to be from a previous windshield replacement that was done poorly.
Very minor body imperfections
As you can see nothing major, just minor issues that would accompany most 25 year old cars.
My plan was to use it as a daily driver until I got my toyota on the road, and it has become a project in itself. I converted it to a mpfi using a monotech harness ($290) and bought a d16z6 complete swap from a 94 civic to do a mild build. It has side tracked me enough to where I have decided to part ways before I start getting crazy with this wagon. I have many extra parts that can go with the car for additional cash if the buyer so chooses.
