1992 Honda Civic Description

To build the car where it is now there is $35,000 into the car in legitimate parts. I ensure whoever receives the car will love it. The car is for sale both on ebay, and locally. I reserve the right to take the ad down if a local sale is made. Many of the parts are new, some of which have less than 5,000 miles on them. (Engine and transmission have around 4-5k miles)
This will be the last time I post it up, because of how I feel about the car and value I know it possesses. If no one wants to take advantage of this amazing deal I will winterize it, rebuild the tranny with carbon synchros and sell it for more. You're not running into a mechanics nightmare with this car, everything is already well sorted out. Everything works as it should. You could daily drive the car no problem. There is no haggling in the price, that is the lowest I can take. This is not your average build there was virtually no expense spared anywhere.
Here is a video where I walk around the vehicle, and also let you enjoy some of the exhaust magic at work ( couple revs ) :https://youtu.be/Pqwv4K-Ejro
About the car :
1992 honda civic eg66521 original milesI am second ownerZero rust anywhere on the car except for odd spot pictured.Repainted original milano red by original owner, roof redone in nighthawk black pearl.New honda interior piecesNew rubber window seals and outside trim all aroundBlue authentic Spoon mirrorsAuthentic MOMO steering wheelNRG quick release and hubShort shifter and solid bushings for transmissionFull disc brakes with performance pads all around, car will pop your grannies dentures out if you slam on the brakes.ASR subframe brace and other skunk 2 suspension components underneath, solid polyurethane bushings all aroundThe underside of the car is very clean, free of rust rot and contaminants.Very rare RsR exhaust, produced in japan very sought after. Probably one of the best exhaust systems ever made in that era. Full 2.5" rsr straight pipe to rsr muffler. I have a keen ear, have been to many car meets, still haven't heard a honda produce a sound like this one does. It is amazingly clean, with all the growl and bite a race exhaust should have.Full skunk pro2 adjustable coilover suspension all around, with dampening adjustment as well ( currently set on soft, ride quality is superb )Fully corner balancedNewly reupholstered del-sol seats with black cloth red stitching, matching rear.Battery box flush mounted in the backThere's so much more done to this car, if you have any specific questions please message me I am happy to answer.
Engine : GSR sleeved ERL block. Knife edge crank. CNC ported head. Ferrea valvetrain. Skunk pro 1 cams. 12.5:1 comression.Type r LSD transmission12.5 : 1 compressionKnife edge crankFully built port and polished headEngine was assembled locally near me at victory precision machine. World renowned for their work.
Good : Lots of authentic bits all over the car. Spoon rear carbon fiber duck wing. Spoon carbon fiber front lip/diffuser. Carbon creations hood. All carbon is authentic and legit, none of it came from ebay, none of it is fake.
Engine has had maybe 4,000 miles put on it since rebuilding. Transmission was a brand new usdm type r unit with approximately the same mileage.
Engine pulls amazingly strong, vtec kicks in at 4200 or so (has the torque for this) and then once again at 7,000 you feel the secondary tug of the cams finally coming onto lope and the power-band is revived into an aggressive beast. It's truly an amazing experience being able to rev it to 9,000 rpm. The car made 226 whp on a rolling dyno. Tuned by HCP in maryland.
Bad : Not perfect hood fitment, rises slightly on one side ( but I am ocd and many have never noticed it ) The tranny has a scratch going into 3rd gear at high rpm. Could be as simple as bent linkage, or a clutch master or slave cylinder going out, but then again the transmission has roughly 4,000 total miles on it, and many of the cars parts are new so I havent been able to pinpoint it exactly. Small paint bubble/odd rised surface on the rear of the car near the brake lights. I didn't notice this till a year ago and even if it was rust it's in such a minimal beginner state it can easily be cleaned and contained, keeping the rest of the car perfect.
Stage 5 clutch and pressure plate, grabs nicely but its not like your stock oem clutch.
Closing :
If you didn't get enough info from my add dont walk away, message me! I I tried to keep it somewhat short and sweet, but have more info to add if anyone wants it! I want my car to go to a good home, she has so much more potential left whether keep it all motor, or swap out pistons for low compression, then the motor can handle 800whp easy boosted.

*** Drivers side floor mat is not pictured due to me cleaning it : still included in the sale of the vehicle.
I have many more pictures of the car, message me if you need any more
