1985 Honda Civic WAGON Description

Up for Sale is this beautiful 1985 Honda Civic Wagon that I own in my name, adult owned, it is a Southwest car with very little rust. A few rust spots around the body and on the pinch welds but overall a wonderful time piece. It handles AMAZING better than stock with the suspension modifications, a very fun car to drive with wonderful manual steering, a true drivers car and could be car show ready with ease.
***I have noticed that Carfax or whatever service has red flagged the odometer, I can assure you the odometer works and is actual. This was a mistake at the title agency. I have photos to prove working odometer if your concerned.

It is the 1.5L 5 Speed 2WD FWD. It has a Weber Carburetor kit which really gives it some more pep! It has only let me down once, one of its lower ball joints broke but since then it has had a full suspension replacement and drives better than stock IMO.
Here is a list of the tasteful modifications, all less than a year old, suspension/brake mods are on left AND right:-New Rotors-New Brake Pads-New battery-Previous owner said he replaced ignition...looks new (see pics)-EGR block off plates-WEBER Carburetor kit $339-Energy suspension shift stabilizer polyurethane bushing-Energy suspension lower control arm polyurethanebushing-Energy suspension Tie Rod ends-Energy Suspension Lower ball joint boot-KYB Excel G struts-Off-brand Bluetooth only receiver 50x4-Kicker front door speakers oversized-Kenwood 6x9's in trunk in boxes
I will be including the factory carburetor and any other parts I have, including a carburetor rebuild kit if you choose for whatever reason to throw the stock carb back on...just a note this is a Cali car so there are a lot of vacuum lines.
The Bad That I Am Aware Of:There is a crack in the windshield which may have been repaired (see pic), the crack hasn't gotten worse since I've owned the car.Paint around fuel door is damaged due to fuel spillage (see pic), OEM paint code sticker on inner door to ease paint matchThere is a small hole in the muffler (see pics)The Speed sensor may be bad or a bad cable, RPM gauge "wiggles" and makes an intermittent ticking soundThe right rear wheel bearing makes a noise sometimes
Additional notes:I am at 5000 elevation so the Weber fuel trim may need adjustment where you live, it is very easy and I will include the instructions if you need them on how to adjust the fuel screw. Redline customer service is also stellar and will help over the phone.
The car is zippy, however, doesn't highway well...takes too long to get up to speed.
