Up for sale is my 1993 Honda Civic LX 5Sp Manual Transmission with economic 4 Cylinder Original Engine on 190K miles. This is a very reliable daily driver that I bought used, I've put just under 3000 miles on it in the short time I've had it and I have had no problems whatsoever. The engine is strong, clutch/tranny is good. Everything works with the exception of the cruise control, power side view mirrors and the A/C. Cruise control and power mirror issues may be something as simple as a fuse, but i havent had a chance to look into it. The compressor is bad on the A/C but still blows. I have what i believe to be a replacement a/c compressor w/ clutch that is included in the auction. It just has to be installed.
Everything else works, Power windows, wipers, defrosters, radio is after market, works, but weak sound, Interior is 6 out of 10, and the exterior is 5 out of 10, the paint on the sides of car is okay, but hood roof and trunk had sun damaged so it was sanded down and painted in flat black.
Car has 15" wheels with front tires at 70% and rears at about 55%. Rear brakes should be replaced in next 3 months.
The car drives good, the ride is okay, due to age of shocks the car does ride lower than normal, the car cabin is creaky sounding due to the worn shocks but overall still very much driveable.
The car is located in Victorville California, and I drive 100 miles round trip 4x per week to Pomona California, If you are not familiar with the area, the inclines are steep due to the mountainous areas of the cajon pass. This car climbs with ease, and no signs of over heating. The car engine has been well maintained
This is a local auction for the area of san bernadino county and Los angeles county. However if you are willing to make the arrangments to have the car delivered to you by professional transport or by whatever means than please do so. I will not arrange for shipment.
