1979 International Harvester Scout Terra Description

Up for bids is this 1979 IH Scout II Terra with a 345 V8, wd auto trans (727).
This Scout is virtually rust free, hipped from CA to GA when I purchased in 2005. The only rust was on the lower right rear quarter just in front of the right rear wheel (see next to last pic where I cut out the rust and welded a patch panel) and a small area on the lower right windshield frame (see last pic).
I have had this Scout for over 10 years and although I don't drive it everyday I drive it often. I have put over 35K miles on it in the 10+ years I've owned it and I would drive it anywhere.
Here's what I've done over the years (it has NEVER left me on the side of the road):
Replaced both wing windows.Replaced front windshield and gasketReplaced rear window gasketReplaced door weather strippingReplaced carpetI had the front seat reupholstered (notice slight cracking on driver's side from my use)Replaced all shocks with air shocks (front and rear are all air shocks)Added CD USB am fm radio and speakersReplaced AC compressor, lutch, ryer and valve (R134 freon included but system needs vac and fill).Replaced water pumpAuto trans complete rebuildThermoquad carb rebuiltReplaced white wagon wheels with Scout Chrome Rally wheels (rear wheels have original chrome center caps included) and tiresReplaced single exhaust with new dual exhaust (welded bung for ox sensor)Added receiver hitch and electric brake actuator and trailer wire harness and plugAdded pick up bed tool boxAdded steering stabilizerReplaced windshield wash tank and pumpReplaced rear brake shoes, heel cylinders, nd turned brake drumsReplaced brake master cylinderRefurbished gas tank and added return line and electric fuel pump for TBI fuel injection system (Note: I have the complete GM SBC 350 TBI system with converted distributor, omputer, ire harness, hrottle body to intake adapter and ox sensor available for an additional $300 if wanted).Added 1 1/2" shackle lift to frontRemoved cruise control (it was making the speedometer jump erratically) and replaced speedometer cable
Everything works as it should (except AC).
