1947 International harvester KB-10 for parts truck not running

Up for sale as parts truck is a 1947 International Tractor model KB-10 (serial number on frame 1033 or 1038 last digit hard to make out) all body tags were removed prior. Cab is in fair to good condition needing repair on floor around where floor panel insert fits (at where your feet go in) and driver door lower hinge is broken and will need welded. There have been repairs with putty at belt line and on fenders and grill previously. All glass will need replaced. Included are all door and window handles, gauges in good shape includes the red white and green tackometer. Also included are the air brake controls for trailer and wiper assembly. Heater & seat springs are missing. Gas tank is still in cab too True mileage is unknownFifth wheel on good shape and tires are all up and plenty of tread. Fenders inner fenders bumper, bumper panels are included( extra cab shown with fenders not included) I would love to see someone make a rat rod or use this for restoration.
