If you been l@@king for a 4x4 Scout ll that WAS TOP of the line, all original, low mileage, cranks right up, drives straight just needs the typical body repairs THIS IS THE ONE.!

The GOOD the BAD and the UGLY of a Scout 2

THE GOOD : Starts and Runs great. TOP of the line, not cut or Molested. Recent service work by a local shop that specializes in International Scout repair. Recent service includes. New Plastic Gas Tank, New Carb, fuel lines, fuel pump, Pertronix Electronic ignition upgrade, New Champion Copper plugs, Beldon Wires and fresh oil change. I will provide the receipts for work completed to buyer.

THE BAD : The Scout has typical rust like most. The inner and outer rockers need replaced. The drivers floor pan and behind seat is rusted, drivers finder has rust, the window frame has rust, behind back seats has rust and top has rust around drivers side drip rails. The Cab mounts on both sides are good. These areas can be patched easily to make a great daily driver.

This Scout is for the person who wants a Mechanically Sound loaded Scout to enjoy while they do the typical body work that is needed to have an awesome Scout that is going up in Value.

I have tried to accurately describe this scout so you know what you are bidding on. The frame is solid and the Scout runs, drives. In many ways this is a rare Scout 2 that needs some love from the Right Person.

I am ONLY selling because I'm moving and won't need a car. I looked for this Scout for a long time. I Looked at many, most were cut up, ran like Sh*t, totally rusted and mechanically just to messed up. Or people wanted alot for bad work they covered up, or work they did and I did not like. This one was none of those and is rare, just needed the right person.

Good luck Bidding!!
