Barn find 1960 Jaguar Mk2 Sedan, 3.8 Liter, automatic. This chassis Jaguar has been in dry storage for well over 30 years. It is a time capsule. This MK2 Jag has very little rust, mostly contained to the right front fender. The undercarriage looks very solid, as does the trunk area. The red leather interior still looks good. There is a tear in the right front seat. All the interior wood is intact. The gauges and switches look good and this car only has 50,000 original miles. It has not been started and I can not vouch for any of the mechanical parts. The chrome looks good. I see one small ding on one grill tooth and the left small circular grill is cracked. The door panels look near new. This vintage MK2 Jag even has the original carpeting and it is in very good condition. This is a great candidate for a restoration. The body is very straight. It appears to be a very pale grey color exterior. The light green/grey original armorcord is still in the trunk, with the original jack. It has all the original road wheels, as well as the original hub caps. I am selling this vehicle “as is”, with no implied warranty.
