Flaws: While this car is in AMAZING shape for its age there are some items that can use attention. Here are any flaws that I can think of. My mechanic tells me that I am not doing the car any favors by not driving it. With time seals start to dry out. The AC no longer holds a charge for very long. There are slow oil drips from rear differential & motor (not enough to have to add oil but enough to keep cardboard underneath. Nothing a few seal or gasket replacements wont take care of. The engine hood has gas shocks to hold hood open that need replacing. There is a slight tear of about 3/4" in the convertible top headliner. It is a very light colored felt & looks faded & discolored anyway. It looks to be installed with simple rivets & easy to replace. Drivers side leather seat shows some wear but has no tears or major imperfections.
The emergency brake sticks & needs adjustment & the fuel gauge doesn't always work. However, The Motor, Trans, Body, Convertible Top, Electronics all work like new. I recently replaced the two front calipers, Master cylinder & ABS unit. All & all these are minor items for a car of this age & will not take much to fix. I have enjoyed this car with these few issues for years.
Let me know if there are any additional or closeup pictures you would like me to take.
