Ole' #20 (1S20020) has been in the family since 1990 and driven to concours events in the southwest ever since. It was purchased from a pilot at Vance AFB in Oklahoma and then driven to Houston where we live. We did some initial detailing and started showing the car in local car shows and the regional concours circuit in Texas. After a lot of cleaning and shining we were awarded the national championship in 1992 and 1993 in class D4!
Ole' Blue has been a great car with a strong engine andwonderful handling. There is rarely a drop of any fluids on the garage floor and the engine is quiet as it is bathed in synthetic oil. The independent rear end has been completely rebuilt along with new shocks, electronic ignition, brakes and torsion bars. The top is new as well as new leather, foams and carpet. 48,900 miles and Heritage Trust certificate
I am a certified JCNA judge and have been involved with the Houston club's concourssince the late 80's. I am asked to judge local Corvette and British car shows, as well as the annual Keels and Wheels concours in Seabroook, Texas.
The car has never been in an accident, never had any water damage and is always garaged.
