1989 Jaguar XJ XJ6 Description

1989 Jaguar XJ6 with the straight six dual overhead cam engine. Car for restoration or parts. I purchased the car for restoration. Engine and drive train run good. Body panels have very few dents as seen in pictures. Jaguar hood ornament is there. Power equipment works. Plenty of life left in it. Does 120+ very quickly. Digital Dash fully functional. I have the complete shop maintenance and repair manual in CD form that goes with the car upon sale. Trailer required for movement. Car Maintenance/Parts changed: 1. Battery Changed Issues: 1. Power steering hose is popped which directly impacts the breaks due to having a hydra-booster instead of air booster for master cylinder. 2. Electrical issue for starting. Fuses/wiring need to be checked out. Car is currently started via jumper wire under hood. Found a starter disable switch in glove compartment. Maybe issue to not starting with key. 3. No- stereo. 4. A/C is there but leaks. 5. Interior needs a lot of TLC. 6. Hood has a rust through issue by hood hinge. 7. OEM fuel cell was removed and replaced with an aluminum boat tank due to leaking issues by previous owner. I recommend getting a conformal all aluminum tank built if restoration is the goal. No apparent frame or body panel damage/repair upon elevated undercarriage inspection. Does not show any sign of flooding issues. It appears to have been totaled due to vandalism/theft. **The engine resale value supersedes the price I am asking.**
