This Jeep and all of its new parts since its rebuild have never seen the snow and orrain. It has been rebuilt for 3 winters now and always has been stored. In 2016 it was never driven due to surgeries on my shoulder. The rebuilt Jasper motor has less than 1,000 miles on it and runs great. This spring I've been driving it short runs daily. LOVE IT!
I believe I've covered everything. Now, this Jeep is almost completely rebuilt but in all honesty I must list a few issues.
First off, the transmission and transfer case have been rebuilt twice and gone over intensely. Yet, there is a clacking when in neutral and or with clutch in coming to a stop. I've had three specialists look at it. Two have rebuilt it. It makes a noise but there are no issues. None. It has stumped the specialists, but they say it's perfect.
There is a small drip of oil sometimes. Not much though. When driven regularly it is only a trace amount.
The speedometer is off on mileage number and speed. The mileage is irrelevant. It's almost all new. The speedometer is off 10 mph at 60 mph... I was going to change the gear to make it right when I got new and bigger wheels. Never did.
With all of that said, I have had the Jeep appraised at $25,000. I am seriously just wanting it to go to someon that will love this thing as much as I do. My health and space will not let me keep it. If a true "Jeep guy" gets this Jeep, they will easily have it fully done & flawless in no time.
Thank you for looking and if you any questions please ask.
