1983 Jeep CJ CJ7 - FACTORY AIR - FUEL INJECTION Description

Selling 1983 Jeep CJ7. Factory wide track CJ that is loaded with all the good high end factory options. It's even fitted with a few high end "up graded options" to make it even a better than what the factory sold new. The factory AC work's = "AC just serviced". and blows ice cold. The power steering & power disc brakes make this Jeep a joy to drive both on pavement and off road. The Jeep 4.2 motor was rebuilt and fitted with upgraded (Howell TBI Fuel injection) a "must have" for better power, performance and reliability on any CJ. * Fuel Injection won't flood the motor when Jeep is in extreme angles off road. Jeep will cold start much better with TBI and also adjust it's self for any altitudes you may be driving in. Fuel injection is a 2,500 upgrade installed and worth every dime of it. The motor run's and performs outstanding - No issues! * Jeep has a 5 Speed manual transmission with new clutch. *Dana 300 4 by4 Transfer case was upgraded and fitted with Terra 4.1 low range gear set. * This gives you a lower low range to select from when in 4 wheel drive low for off road driving. *The rear end is Jeep AMC 20 and was also upgraded to Tru track works like " Posi Track" both rear wheels spin for better traction and control on and off pavement. * Front end is Dana 30 that also fitted with Tru track. This Jeep will climb up and over anything you point it at. *33 tall by 12.5 inch wide BF Goodrich MT tires fitted on 15 inch aluminum rims. * A mild 2 inch spring suspension lift was added for better ground clearance and body stance. Everything works on this Jeep even the "small stuff" (that never works on the older CJ.) The factory in dash cluster indicator brake light, 4 wheel drive engage light, window "washer sprayer", rear back up lights, "gas gauge" all work = SEE ELECTRICAL VIDEO. Jeep is garaged kept and was used as a tow vehicle behind motor home. Driven on nice weather days and adult owned and well maintained. * This Jeep would make someone a great daily driver if required of it.
