1990 Jeep Comanche Pioneer Description

Great restoration project for any Jeep lover. Or just keep driving and enjoying the ride, like I have. They didn't make many of these. And the ones you see for sale today, may have lots of rust. You must look hard to find any rust on this one.
These trucks are unstoppable. There a simple design and built to last, that equals trouble-free ownership. Keep up on basic stuff like oil changes and you can expect your Comanche gonna be around for a long long time.

This has been my daily driver for the last 9 months. New battery, door locks and 4 new tires. Serviced every 3,000 miles with tire rotation. I love this classic Jeep pickup. But I want to travel and looking to buy something newer to but some miles on. Can't have two vehicles. I will try to add some new pictures by the weekend. Needs nothing. Good starter, every time. Uses less than one quart of oil between changes. Will have a certified smog test done for the buyer. No worries. Good clean title and a copy of the car fax when I bought it. Can't see any accidents in report. Will share. Don't let the miles worry you. AC blows cold and heater blows hot. No oil stains on my driveway. This Jeep is in great condition inside, outside, motor and transmission. Especially for the years & miles. Truck is in Carmel, CA. If you want a local pro to inspect, I will deliver. Your cost for mechanic. Must see this one!!! My phone (402)405-7324.
Quotes I found online. These are not my words. What others have said about the Jeep Comanche:
"You do see a lot of them around, but never with a for sale sign. I have noticed that they are hard to find because nobody wants to sell them. I know a person that drove one until it died at 238,000 miles. He would have rebuilt the motor and kept driving it, but the rust had taken over the body and frame."
"Who knew that jeep even built a pickup. That was my thought seventeen years and 263,000 miles ago. Just had the motor rebuilt in order to pass emissions. A superior machine that has lots of things going for it. Billions of Cherokee's make parts available anywhere on the planet, and for the cheapest possible price. No doubt about it, I'm taking mine with me when I die, yep, hope to be driving this six feet under."
"I have put large trucks to shame off road or just in the snow. My truck sees serious off-roading only one week a year in the mountains of Pennsylvania and light snow conditions in the winters of Northern Virginia. I have yet to get this truck stuck, while I have seen many others (Blazers, Explorers) stuck."
