1990 Jeep Wagoneer -- Description

Introduced in 1962, the Jeep Wagoneer is widely credited for being a pioneer of the luxury SUV formula. While sharing traditional ladder frame pickup truck chassis, the Wagoneer had a sophisticated station wagon body design, that was more carlike than any other 4x4 on the market. With lots of luxury and advanced features such as independent front suspension, power steering, air conditioning, and available automatic transmissions, the Wagoneer stood out from other manufactures offerings. In 1984, the Grand Wagoneer was... introduced as a top of the line luxury model and was a strong seller despite its age. The truck continued in production all the way to 1991. GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this excellent 1990 Grand Wagoneer for your consideration. A late model example, these are often considered the best of the breed. This example is finished in an elegant shade of Black Cherry Pearl with the traditional contrasting woodgrain trim. The paint is in good shape and has excellent gloss and the body is nice in straight. The trim remains excellent with just a little bit of marks here and there. The exterior is bolstered by 15in alloy wheels, woodgrain roof rack, rain guards, and rear rain deflector. The interior is in excellent shape and is very comfortable. The Cordovan red interior shows very little wear and the seats are in great condition. The dashboard is clean and original and looks great. The rear cargo compartment even has the original carpeting and stainless tracks. Being a luxury vehicle, this vehicle has excellent equipment. AM/FM stereo with cassette player, Four AccuSound by Jensen premium speakers, Air conditioning and heater with manual controls, Dual front power bucket seats, Leather-wrapped steering wheel, Leather and velour seating surfaces, Digital quartz dashboard clock, Full-size glove box, and more. The standard 5.9L V8 runs very well and the truck is an excellent driver. Very few nice examples of these remain, and the ones that do will continue to appreciate as people are acquainted with the charm of the first luxury SUV.
