1982 Jeep Wrangler Description
Private sale of 1992 Jeep YJ Islander 4x4.
- PLUS professional crate 5.7 litre (350) GMC V-8 5-speed
- conversion done when new.
Not sure what it’s worth, or where in the world to findcomparison. Maybe it might be possible to find another very low mileage Jeep, but…. this low (?) Or, with a professional V-8 conversion (??)
After consideration, I’ve decided I’m pretty determined anyhow so we’ve placed it UNRESERVED. Pick your price. It’s definitely for sale. Or send an offer; I’m not against considering offers.
Jeep lived and was used on a vineyard / winery in sunny, dry, central Okanagan valley region in British Columbia Canada.
Please note: Speedometer reads in both MPH and KM/H but odometer reads Kms. 28,965 kilometres is precisely 18,683 miles.
If you look close, you might find a mark or two here or there. It was actively used around the vineyard, so don’t expect perfection. It’s sold as-is, how-is, where-is. Tires are 235/75R15. I can tell you it drives great, passed stringent provincial inspections, and has incredible power. Please remember it's unreserved before asking for me to bend over backwards going and taking dozens more pictures. I can't answer any technical questions but understand this may be something exceptional to the a “Jeep” enthusiast and or collector.
Jeep is currently in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Please don’t write asking, where is the Jeep located. It’s in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It ships from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. (Ebay does not have provision for persons with multiple residences). The Jeep will be released for shipping only 3 days after payment clears in full. Please understand this is an unreserved auction and that’s really my only stipulation. Oh, and any sale has to be within eBay. They have excellent buyer/seller protection.
Title from Alberta is 100% transferrable to US. There is no restriction on this vehicle because it is over 25 years old (antique status), and domestic build. Once more, it is absolutely free of import / export restrictions and free as a bird to ship. It is almost exactly same as within US.
And, well... that's about it. I've taken a big risk placing this Jeep without reserve so please be genuine, sincere, and fair.
