Just turning over 50K, I am the 4th. owner andhave been driving this as an extra vehicle. This Jeep drives and brakesstraight. This is steady on both side roads and the interstates.The steering and suspension have not been modified and this Jeep is notsquirrely on the road!

OEM modification-Although AMC made an awesomeJeep, they were often unreliable so I swapped out the carburetor anddistributor for EFI and pointless electronic system upgrades. Thusallowing all vacuum emissions to be removed except the catalytic converter.

I have some documentation from past owners aswell as any work I have had completed. Two owners back the Jeep wasrepainted white when the original color was black. It looks great so Ihave left it white. Some rust on undercarriage from life in NY andwindshield has two small rock chips. However, for a vehicle of 35 yearsold still very solid.

Trim tags, engine block stamp and VIN all coordinatewith this Laredo (seats 1EJ), color and year package. I have seen many CJ-7’smolested, this Jeep is a true survivor and I would feel comfortable drivingthis anywhere!

Below is a list of options and upgrades:

- Removed factory carburetor and added theHolley Sniper EFI

- In tank Holley electric fuel pump andsending unit

- Under dash mount fuel gauge (matches the ohmreading on the new fuel sending unit for accuracy)

- Replaced OEM distributor with electronicpoint less system and new spark plug wires

- New aluminum valve cover (replaced theplastic OEM cover)

- New OEM radiator

- Brake master cylinder replaced

- New (all four) leaf springs (better ride)

- Sway bar bushings replaced

- AT shifter bushings replaced

- New radiator and heater hoses

- New belts

- New OEM shocks (all four)

- New OEM steering stabilizer shock

- Stereo (not dash cut) Retro Sound Model,Laguna digital AM/FM with AUX port. Two in dash front speakers and two 6x 9 4-way Blaupunkt rear speakers in speaker boxes.

-New "Best Top" brand Soft Top

-Super top soft top with tinted windows

-Two-part soft doors

-Bikini top (strapless style)

- New rear main seal

- Added a third brake light

- New OEM gas cap

- New windshield washer pump
