1979 Jeep CJ CJ-5 Description

For sale is an above averageoriginal 1979 Jeep CJ-5,it runs and drives great.It has hada lot of work done to the engine and drive train,making it verydependable asdaily driver,such items as new intake and carb,plugs and wires,brakes and tires.It is a jeep that you can enjoy as it is or a great jeep to do a totalremodel on.It does have a few places that has surface rust on the front fenders(can be seen in the pics) and there are some places that have been repaired prior.The top is in pretty good shape,the zipper on the driver door is brokenand will not zip up completely.All the gauges workproperly on the dash,the transmission is a factory jeep 3 speed and the engine has been upgraded to a factory Jeep 401 cubic inch,that has PLENTY of power in a CJ.It has a set of 10 in alum wheels and a new set of 33x12.50 Mickey Thompson tires.If you have anyspecific questions that I haven't answered please feel free to contact me,864 723 2165,text or call is fine.The pics show it at acar-lot,that is because I am selling it for the owner,it is his personal Jeep and I have it selling it locally also,therefore the auction can be cancelled at any time.Thanks for looking and if any questions just ask.
