Jeep is in great condition with little to no rust. Frame and floorboards are in excellent condition. The only rust was on the rockers and they have been fixed with sheet metal pop riveted in place. Engine is in excellent condition with excellent compression. Zero chatter in top end and zero knocking on start up and while driving. Transmission shifts smoothly and free of any slipping. This Jeep has only 1200 miles on it since the build. I hate to sell it but must purchase my wife a Subaru for work purposes.
Problems:

Minor leak at oil pan gasket... gasket needs replaced. I would have changed it but it is so minor I did not bother with it.
Very minor leak at tranny cooler lines... again, I would have fixed it but it was so minor I did not worry about it.
Passenger side axle seal needs replaced... I would address this issue sooner than later. It is not too bad but it just started so I haven't fixed it.
