Very capable 4x4, xtremely capable off road, nd can easily be built into an outstanding expedition style vehicle!!! I bought this truck in 2013 and began restoring it for my wife. We have shifted our focus to college and home improvements and now must sell.
The 4x4 and the Low Range work great.This Rover has some rust in the rear floorboard and the tailgate will not open, patch will need to be placed in the floor in order to remount the hinges. The tailgate was rusted so it was replaced with a black one, y plan was to flat black the center of the hood, he roof and the tailgate.
Two major things that you may want torepair quickly are the steering, nd an electrical issue.The steering box leaks, nd needs to either be rebuilt or replaced. The problem with the electrical is a hesitation under hard acceleration and when all accessories are turned on the engine will start to stumble while idling. I have tested the alternator and it checks out fine, as a new belt and battery. I think that the groundsstraps on the vehicle need to be replaced. The vehicle can be driven as is. The sale will include the door pockets and a few extra parts
