1986 Land Rover Defender Description

Gday,
Posted is a 1986 Landy 110 with a 3.5 V8 mated to a 5-speed LT77(SALLDHMV7BA241930). It came standard with an in-dash A/C system as well as power steering. I've owned it for a good 12 years and brought it over the great big pond a few years ago properly. Since then, Ive spruced up the interior by going for newer front and rear seats as well as carpeting the interior and re-upholstering the headliner to match. Ive also replaced most of the plastic trim as they were warped/brittle. I've recently had the engine serviced, specifically the timing adjusted and the carbies re-built. To note, the head gaskets were replaced 3 years ago, or 2000 mi ago).I've added electronic ignition, replaced the starter, replaced the radiator, replaced the fan clutch, replaced the hand brake cable (was bound up), replaced the master brake cylinder and wheel cylinders. The exhaust has also been replaced. Tyres are fairly new, spare could be replaced if one was absolutely fanatical about it. I have all the original keys to all the locks (4 in total)
Given its aussie history, it has been in an arid and dry climate. As such, it still did have the usual few rust areas, namely the footwells, door bottoms and rear cross member (all of which were sorted out properly with galvanized 3mm plate and channel. I've tried to demonstrate these areas in the pictures. The chassis on the other hand is immaculate for its age save for an outrigger that I replaced promptly. I also had the entire landy painted 2 years ago in Fuji White BC/CC as the old paint was tiresome and could not be saved. The door seals have also been replaced. I added a 'Roo guard which pulverizes a Jeep wrangler or anything else for that matter (in the unfortunate event of a collision). I've upgraded the fuel tank to a 30 gallon tank which provides ample fuel and range. On that note, I've replaced the fuel pump with a FACET posi-flow brand equivalent.
I am certain there is much more to add which I am unable to recall at the moment. In summary, this landy starts on first crank and is zippy about town. The gearbox and transfer case are in good nick as are the suspension and bushings. The landy benefits from a V8 engine and demonstrates it avidly. It easily reaches 70-80 mph comfortably. There are no dreaded overheating issues which are notorious of all british vehicles.I am happy to send you a video of it running and/or being driven about town.
Of course, this "marvel of british engineering at its finest" albeit very well cared for was made in 1986 and one should accordingly adjust their expectations. If you are desiring a full rebuild like that of ECR/ECD/Safari, this is not it. It is also not the price of those rebuild's by a long shot. That being said, the pictures speak for themselves save a few scratches, etc.
I am happy to entertain inspections, provide additional pictures/information and answer any questions. I abhor having to state this, as this is simply common sense, that being said, there is no implied/expressed warranty and the vehicle is being sold as-is sans dog/fuel can/fire extinguisher. The vehicle comes with a CLEAR Maryland title (I previously lived there prior to my move to the Big Easy).
This is a No-Reserve auction. Sorry, I am not interested in trades. Please get in touch if you have a bona-fide offer. My number is 443-990-0119 (prefer text) or email via Ebay.
